Never doubting that a small group of thoughtful , committed citizens can change the world (thank you, Margaret Mead), a small group of thoughtful and committed Last Stand volunteers helped with The Ocean Conservancy's 2005 International Coastal Cleanup September 17 in Key West. 

Last Stand, having adopted a portion of South Roosevelt Boulevard in the Bridle Path area (see photo at right), under the  Keep Key West Clean & Green campaign, concentrated on that area, gathering quite an assortment of trash, some of which is in the photo above.
