special issue of Bugle Call, which we prepared for the
Annual Meeting in January, we're going to a new 2-page format, and
intend to publish a Bugle Call every month. To help offset the
cost of more
frequent mailing, we're doing the layout and reproduction ourselves.
Please pardon a few adjustments in the look of the Bugle Call as we
shift gears to self-publishing and a new format. The January 2004 issue follows. (Webmonkey's
