Update:  Last Stand has signed up as a sponsor for the upcoming Florida Keys Green Living & Energy Expo.  We're proud to sponsor and help publicize it.

Join an estimated 2,500 visitors, residents, builders, contractors, utilities, and environmental organizations at the Florida Keys Green Living & Energy Expo on March 12 and 13, 2005, in Tavernier, Florida.  The expo is being held at the spacious new Coral Shores High School – located between Key Largo and Islamorada in the Florida Keys – within easy driving distance of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Key West.

This free event is dedicated to demonstrating sustainable living through ideas and technologies that promote renewable energy and water and energy conservation.

The University of Florida/IFAS/ Monroe County Extension, along with residents who have built sustainable homes, are organizing the Expo. South Florida Water Management District, The Florida Keys Electric Cooperative, Comcast Corporation, Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority, The Nature Conservancy, The Reporter, the Keynoter, Keys Energy Services, Azul del Mar Resort, the Florida Green Building Coalition, Florida Solar Energy Center, Key Largo Chamber of Commerce, Eco-$mart, WCI Communities, Tarpon Flats Inn, Coconut Palm Inn, First State Bank, and Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary as well as other government and environmental groups (including Last Stand) will be participants and sponsors.
